Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.

International Fulfillment

Some products sold through our store may be fulfilled and shipped directly from international suppliers or third-party logistics partners. Because of this fulfillment model, processing and shipping times may vary depending on supplier handling time and destination.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method. Typical delivery times range from approximately 7–30 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control may affect delivery time.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded once dispatched.

Lost Packages

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund once the carrier confirms the package cannot be delivered.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery. While we will assist customers in resolving delivery issues, delays caused by carriers or customs authorities are outside of our direct control.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Split Shipments

Because some products are fulfilled from different warehouses or suppliers, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and may arrive on different dates.

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
